Run the floor without the friction.

The till, the kitchen, the card terminal and the cash drawer all work from the same order. Nobody re-keys an amount, loses a ticket or guesses what is in the drawer.

The Alkfo Companion app on the till tablet sends the amount to the card terminal and returns the result to the order. Nobody types an amount twice, and nobody wonders whether a card went through.

Never charged twice.
If the result is unclear, Alkfo blocks a second charge and offers “Check again” instead of guessing.
No payment goes missing.
If a card is charged but no order was saved, a banner stays on the screen until someone deals with it.
Card reports you can trust.

Cooks move tickets along on a full-screen Kitchen Display. Small branches run the same queue from a panel on the till, so a branch doesn't need to buy a screen to stay organised.

Cash controlSignature

The drawer balances. Every shift.

Each shift opens with a float and closes with a count. Alkfo shows the cash you should have, whether you are over or short, and sales by payment method. Every cash movement in between is recorded.

The drawer opens for a reason.
Cash sales, cash expenses and cash refunds open it automatically. Opening it with no sale needs permission and a reason, and every opening is logged against the shift.
Petty cash is recorded.
Pay a supplier from the till and choose a category. The expense shows up in finance and in the shift count.
Checked again at close.
When the shift closes, the till's own log is compared with the server's records. Any opening that was never approved is flagged.

RefundsSignature

Refunds that know which drawer holds the cash.

Choose where the money goes back: to the original card, in cash, or by bank transfer. Alkfo checks that the refund can actually be paid before anyone promises it to the customer.

No refunding cash the till doesn't have.
A cash refund can't be more than that drawer holds, and Alkfo shows exactly how much is missing.
Protection against fraud.
Refunding a card sale in cash needs special permission and a reason. Large refunds wait for a manager's approval.
Refund single items, and restock them.
Refunded items go back into stock by themselves, and cancelling a paid order refunds it automatically.

Chapter 04 · Back office

Run the back office from the same system.

Stock, purchasing, the books, ZATCA and reports all run on the same orders as the till. Nothing is re-typed, imported or reconciled between systems.

Inventory and recipesCore

Stock that moves when your orders do.

Link each product to its recipe. When an order comes in, its ingredients are set aside. When the kitchen starts, they're used up. If the order is cancelled they're released, and refunded items go back into stock.

No selling what you don't have.
Strict mode blocks a sale when stock runs out. Soft mode lets it through and flags it.
Warnings before the shelf is empty.
Low-stock and out-of-stock alerts appear on their own, and clear once you restock.
